Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original condition, unworn, with all tags attached and original packaging intact, including any specialty sneaker boxes.

  Submit Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return for a refund or store credit.

• 3.
  Package and Post

  Print your generated shipping label and securely package your items to prevent damage during transit, then drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Processing and Credit

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or issue your Culture Kings store credit within 3-5 business days.
